1) It’s one thing to identify areas where you want to be better, but you’ve got to do the work. Doing the work means finding methods to practice the skills. When you do the work, you will see your life improve in fundamental ways.
2) Some devices don’t recognize infrared, but it doesn’t mean that it’s not there. It’s just like emotional intelligence. Just because it doesn’t seem to exist doesn’t mean that it’s all BS.
3) We can boost emotional intelligence. It’s a simple, conceptual framework. Two parts of boosting emotional intelligence are recognizing emotional state, then recollecting your emotions to get them in a place that’s better matched to your goals.
